We're looking for a Graphic Designer with 1+ years of experience to create social media posts, website graphics, marketing materials, and short-form videos.📧 Send your CV to career@codersbucket.com with the subject line “Graphic Designer”Job ResponsibilitiesDesign daily/weekly social media graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (posts, carousels, quote cards, testimonial/case-study graphics).Create website images and graphics — banners, feature icons, blog headers, landing page visuals.Design marketing collateral: one-pagers, proposal decks, pitch deck slides, brochures.Design profile and portfolio visuals for business listing platforms (case study thumbnails, portfolio covers).Design ad creatives and banners as marketing campaigns require.Support product visuals for software products (banner/icon assets, product screenshots, feature graphics).Edit short-form video content for social — cutting clips, adding captions/text overlays, simple transitions for reels and LinkedIn video posts.Maintain and apply consistent brand guidelines across all output once the brand guideline project is finalized.Turn provided content into visually engaging graphics quickly, without heavy back-and-forth.RequirementsA strong portfolio showing social media graphics, marketing materials, and web visuals (not just UI screens).Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.Basic working knowledge of a video editing tool (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) — simple cuts, captions, and social-ready exports.Good sense of typography, color, and layout for fast-paced content production.Ability to take a rough brief and deliver polished output with minimal revisions.Comfortable with a high volume of quick-turnaround requests (daily social content), not just long design-cycle projects.Good communication skills — will work directly with the marketing team.Able to prioritize and manage multiple small requests in a day.Familiarity with Figma is a plus (for occasional web asset handoffs).Additional RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's in a relevant field (or equivalent portfolio-proven experience).1+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally including social media or agency content work.Compensation & Other BenefitsSalary: Negotiable based on expertise.Provident Fund: Company-supported provident fund.Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage provided.Lunch: Fully subsidized lunch provided daily.Festival Bonus: 2 festival bonuses per year.Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company performance.Annual Salary Review: Yearly performance-based increment.Annual Tour or Retreat: Company-sponsored annual tour or team retreat.Weekly Holidays: 2 days (Saturday & Sunday).Unlimited tea and coffee available at the office.Other benefits as per company policy.
